Chef Oliver Glowig is a man who fell in love with a land, the Italian one, and during his 20 years in our country, he testified to the world that this was a love without yielding: his family, his cuisine speak Italian, they speak of tradition and express colors and emotions. Already twice two Michelin stars, he decided to make his cooking ever easier, more exciting and more welcoming, creating his bistro at the Central Market in Rome, called La Tavola and the Pantry. At the same time, however, the charm of the signature cuisine is for him that beats the heart: so enthusiastically welcomes the proposal of Felice Mergè owner of the winery Poggio Le Volpi to create with him a new restaurant, which was a place where the harmony between the vines, family treasure, cuisine, design and style of hospitality made this place unique in the world.
