Taste of Rome since 2012 represents the most tasty and fun time of the year and the recipes of the most important chefs of the city find the perfect complement on the wine list and in the combinations that the Trimani prepare for the occasion. We will accompany you with a wide selection of labels from all over Italy and not only the original and refined recipes that the 14 chefs present have elaborated for the eighth edition of Taste of Rome which offers great news and important confirmations.

In the 4 wine bars you will find more than 60 wines to accompany the gastronomic experience of the enthusiasts by focusing on the best productions of Lazio chosen among the most suitable areas with passion and commitment. Our wines of reference and of greatest interest are those produced by the companies that manage to integrate passion and commitment, rigor and imagination, placing them in the bottle at the disposal of the most attentive and curious enthusiasts. Companies that are acute and sensitive people who live their work with great commitment and passion starting from the care of the vineyard to create wines full of personality and character in the cellar.

The chefs’ special recipes will be combined with our seeded wines, absolute quality wines offered by the glass indicated in the program, on the site and in the restaurant stations. To celebrate the debutants, many and talented in this edition of Taste of Rome, we will combine all their recipes with artisanal and often organic wines. Even the veterans of Taste of Rome, the magnificent 4 who have participated in all the editions will have a celebratory pairing of their menu.
