Tordomatto is on the ground floor of a beautiful early twentieth century building, in the historic

centre of Rome. The quiet area, the small street with flowered trees, the glimpse of the nearby dome of S.Peter make it the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing time in the capital.

Roman by birth but of Abruzzese origin, forty-year-old Adriano Baldassarre is best known for his amazing career with prestigious collaborations. His personal experience, suggestions and memory are the basic assumption of his cuisine, a romantic chef who gathers emotions to re-elaborate them in the tranquility of his kitchen. To synthesize Adriano’s cuisine, you can say that classicity is the basis on which tradition is triggered as a fruit of all his experiences, to provide the inspiration for creative elaboration.
