Imagine an old country town, imagine a true farm shelter, imagine woodland scent, panoramas to gaze at and paths through which you get rid of the stress regaining calm and taste.  So you imagined Borgodoro: a niche totally devoted to agriculture.

The Borgodoro Farm is located on hills of Sabina. Founded in 1987 not only by the passion for nature, but also by the desire to share a project familiar.

The lands with a greater slope are planted to olive grove, walnut plantation, while those with a lesser grade are vineyards, sowable lands, vegetable gardens and grasslands. Still today, in our company we use traditional methods typical of the area.

Year after year we have refined the production of wine and especially that of oil.

The olives are harvested on the still unripe plant, strictly by hand and immediately pressed – cold pressed.

In 2015 we started a new adventure … that of pasta production. We personally deal with phases such as the research and selection of durum wheat, sowing, threshing, the choice of mill for grinding stone and of the pasta factory that transforms our semolina into an artisan product that tastes of freshly ground wheat.

Last, but only in temporal order, is the production of jams and tomato sauce.

All our products have a very short list of ingredients.

We do not use preservatives, thickeners, additives or dyes.
