The company was born in 1987 in a small establishment in the heart of the hinterland of Agrigento, a land full of flavors and traditions.

The brothers Angelo, Silvio, Lillo, Toni, Maurizio, Carmelo and Aldo run together the Fratelli Taibi & C. Over the years, thanks to the passion for the refinement of the Sicilian pecorino and the production of creamy ricotta cheese, the company has grown laying the foundations for a solid future with so many new projects.

The Brothers deal with the refinement of various types of cheeses, some of them really unique in their kind, using work techniques handed down for generations. In this context takes place the production of the ricotta cream, unmistakable for taste, creaminess and quality (the result of passion and experience in the delicate processing phase), which directly links to the development of our own Sicilian pastry where the ricotta cream finds its apex.

The company has facilities suitable for the production of ricotta cream and cheese seasoning that respect hygiene and ultimate sanitary standards. This allows us to guarantee a product that expresses its maximum potential, thanks mostly to the professionality of the staff, a true brand of the company.
