Trimani Vinai in Roma
We are the Trimani and in 1991 for the first time we used the term winebar to make the new wine: an elegant and informal place where wine is the protagonist. We wrote a fascinating funny tasty card. The work of selecting the bottles was based on the search for personality, authentic character, to enhance the best characteristics of each area of the vine. The kitchen presents traditional Italian recipes with maximum attention to raw materials and use of current techniques in the realization.
